个人简介

李田甜，西安邮电大学电子工程学院副教授，硕士生导师。西安电子科技大学工学学士（2012），北京大学工学博士（2018），英国南安普顿大学光电子研究中心联合培养博士（2015-2016），美国特拉华大学电子与计算机工程系博士后（2018-2020）。入选陕西省高层次人才特殊支持计划（2022），陕西省科协青年人才托举计划（2022），西安市科协青年人才托举计划（2022）。以第一或共同第一作者在《Advanced Materials》、《Nanophotonics》、《Photonics Research》、《Optics Express》等国际著名期刊及Optica/IEEE系列会议上发表论文10余篇。

研究方向

主要研究领域为硅基光电子器件，包含硅基电光调制器、硅基混合集成光电探测器、中红外集成光电子器件、光子拟态计算等。

教学方向

主讲研究生课程《硅基光电子学进展（全英文）》

科研项目

1、2022年10月-2025年10月，低成本高速中短距数据中心互联光通信系统，国家重点研发计划子课题，主持。

2、2022年1月-2024年12月，基于In₂Se₃低熵相变特性的光子神经元突触器件及工作机制研究，国家自然科学基金青年项目，主持。

3、2022年1月-2024年12月，基于相变材料的光子脉冲神经网络研究，陕西省特支计划，主持。

4、2022年1月-2023年12月，基于低熵相变材料的片上非易失性光存储机制研究，陕西省自然科学基础研究计划，主持。

5、2022年6月-2024年5月，低熵相变材料在片上脉冲神经网络中的应用研究，陕西省科协青年人才托举计划，主持。
